What You’ll Do

As a Security team member, you’ll be responsible for:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all patrons and staff.
• Monitoring the premises to prevent and address any disturbances.
• Checking IDs to ensure compliance with age requirements.
• Responding calmly and professionally to any safety concerns or incidents.
• Keep your immediate work area free of messes.
• Collaborating with the team to uphold a welcoming and respectful atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a security or similar role.
• VERY friendly and personable.
• Strong situational awareness and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• A professional and approachable demeanor.
• A commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone at Burwood Tap.
