Position: Security Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Oversee security operations, including personnel and technology.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate security threats.
• Manage security budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Conduct regular security audits and recommend improvements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the security team.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a security manager or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of security protocols and technology.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
• Relevant certifications (CPP, PSP) are a plus.
