Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead security personnel during assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
• Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and prevent incidents.
• Manage conflict situations effectively, ensuring resolution with minimal disruption.
• Utilize CCTV and surveillance systems to monitor activities and report suspicious behavior.
• Provide first aid and CPR as needed during emergencies.
• Assist in training new personnel on security procedures and protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in law enforcement or security-related fields.
• Strong knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is preferred.
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications related to security operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends only
