Parking Lot Patrol Officer

Job Description

• Patrol a parking lot to detect and deter criminal activity
• Work with site management on a daily plan
• Patrol by foot and golf cart
• Prepare daily PDF Reports with pictures and detail each hour
• Work with police and emergency authorities when necessary
• Serve as a deterrent to criminal activity
• Provide premier customer service to our clients through communication and professionalism
• Enforce client and company policies, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

• Be on time for each shift
• Be proactive
• Log observations and detail incidents as needed
• Ability to drive, stand or walk for long periods of time or long shifts
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• 3 years of security experience

Qualifications:

L2 Security Officer with an active and current Level 2 DPS/TOPS license

• Ability to pass a background and drug screening
• Conflict resolution experience
• Ability to adapt to changing hours and schedule as needed by the client
• Independent work experience
