Unarmed Security Officer – Level II

We are hiring a Level II Non‑Commissioned (Unarmed) Security Officer for a uniformed position in New Braunfels. Officers must maintain a professional appearance and provide a safe and welcoming presence.

Schedule:

Monday – Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor the property to maintain a safe, secure environment
• Secure and monitor amenity areas (leasing office, fitness center, mail center, pool, parks)
• Enforce community rules, including after‑hours loitering policies
• Observe and report safety hazards, property damage, non‑working lights, and gate issues
• Document incidents, patrol activity, and emergency vehicle presence with clear reports
• Communicate professionally with residents, management, and team members

Requirements

• Valid Level II Non‑Commissioned (Unarmed) Texas security license (required)
• Reliable transportation and working cell phone
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Drug‑free; must pass a criminal background check
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Professional appearance, sound judgment, and dependability
