Shift 2: Sun, Mon (17 Hours weekly)

We are looking for Level 2 LICENSED unarmed security officers for a luxury Retail location in Austin. Officer must have 2 plus years of experience in private security. Officers must be clean cut, have professional communication/customer service skills and be responsible for maintaining a safe secure environment for our clients.

We are offering 22-25/hr based off of experience.

Officer MUST HAVE a well fitted Black suit/tie readily available as it will the daily uniform.

Skills

• Strong conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
• Proficiency in surveillance techniques and use of CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and practices.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with law enforcement protocols or military experience is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid and CPR as needed.
• Document incidents and prepare reports for management review.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.

Skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17 – 27 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Austin, TX 73301: Relocate before starting work (Required)
