We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to conduct nightly inspections and patrols of our mobile home community. A company-provided golf cart will be used to patrol the property. Responsibilities include identifying and logging lease violations, tagging non-compliant vehicles, and issuing tow tickets as necessary. You will also inspect a rental yard to ensure it remains secure and free of trespassers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly property inspections
• Drive a provided golf cart throughout the community
• Identify and document lease violations in a daily report
• Tag vehicles and issue tow notices when necessary
• Monitor the rental yard for unauthorized access
• Interact respectfully with residents as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean criminal background
• Ability to communicate comfortably with Spanish-speaking residents
• Night shift availability, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation or relocation plans to Austin, TX 78724

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in security, property management, or similar roles
• Spanish language skills (preferred, not required)
