FLEX PROGRAM – you will begin as a flex officer and be invited to interview when a set schedule/opening becomes available. While you are a flex officer you will work at a variety of sites, so no boredom here – and you get to work with multiple Managers throughout the company which gives you great visibility.

We ask that you can be scheduled 5 out of 6 days and work any hours from 1500-2300, so this is where the adaptability comes in. You won’t work 6 days, (unless YOU want overtime), but you will be covering open posts so the ability to schedule you when needed is critical.

Security Officer Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Be able to pass a background check & a drug test
• Be able to meet Texas DPS Level II licensure requirements and take all steps to obtain license, upon hire
• Basic computer skills, at minimum
• Professional Appearance – adhere to Priebe Security Services dress code
