Armed Security Guard

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Armed Guard to join our team. As an Armed Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. Your primary duty will be to prevent theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities. This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Duties:

– Provide armed security services to protect clients and their property

– Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter criminal activity

– Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to identify potential threats

– Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action

– Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises

– Conduct thorough inspections of bags, packages, or other items as required

– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

– Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations

Skills:

– Possess a valid certificate for armed security guard training

– Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and procedures

– Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment

– Proficient in first aid and CPR techniques

– Previous experience in law enforcement or military is preferred

– Excellent conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
