Armed Security Officer

## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors.

–This is a 1099 Contractor position.

–This position has 16 hours set Saturday & Sunday from 2:30P to 10:30P.

–This is position takes place in a retail facility and is customer service facing.

## Duties

– Enforce property regulations and laws
– Provide assistance to staff and visitors when needed
– Handle conflicts and emergencies in a professional manner
– Perform loss prevention activities to protect assets

### Required Skills:
– Conflict management skills
– Knowledge of surveillance techniques
– Understanding of law enforcement procedures
– Familiarity with loss prevention strategies

### Preferred:
– Military background or experience
– Possession of relevant certificates (e.g., security, first aid, CPR)

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
