Unarmed Security Officer Needed Full time 7 days a week (starting in June 1st 2025)

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
• Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Document incidents and prepare reports as necessary.
• Assist in conflict management situations with de-escalation techniques.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when required for investigations or emergencies.
• Provide first aid or CPR assistance when needed.

Skills

• Valid security certificate or relevant training preferred.
• Proficiency in surveillance techniques and equipment, including CCTV systems.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures is highly desirable.
• Background in law enforcement or military experience is a plus.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-stress situations.
