We are seeking a Security Operations Manager (Corporate Security & Risk Management) who combines leadership expertise with strong knowledge of security operations. You will not simply supervise security teams — you will design operational security strategies, oversee risk management initiatives, and ensure security services are delivered efficiently across client environments.

Working closely with security personnel, facility managers, and operational teams, you will play a key role in maintaining effective security systems and responding to evolving risk scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily security operations across assigned facilities and client locations
  • Manage security teams responsible for monitoring, access control, and incident response

Risk Assessment & Security Planning:

  • Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Implement security procedures and operational guidelines

Incident Management & Response:

  • Coordinate responses to security incidents and operational disruptions
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of security events

Staff Supervision & Training:

  • Lead security officers and operational staff
  • Support training programs focused on safety procedures and emergency response

Operational Reporting & Compliance:

  • Monitor security performance metrics and operational reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in security operations, risk management, or protective services
  • Experience supervising security personnel or operational teams

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of security systems, surveillance technologies, and access control systems
  • Familiarity with security risk assessments and incident management procedures

Core Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and crisis management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Education:

  • Diploma or degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Public Safety, or related field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
