Hight End Retail Suit & Tie Unarmed Security Officer

Type: Permanent Flex

Hours: 24 – 40 hours per week

Schedule: Must be available to work any day of the week (no set schedule)

Shift Times: 10:00am – 6:00pm/8:00pm

Rate: $25.00 hourly

Requirements:

Level II Non-Commissioned Security License

Dress Code: Own a Solid Black Suit & Tie, White Dress Shirt, Black Dress Shoes (no boots or sneakers)

Requirements for position:
– Must have retail security experience
– High School diploma or GED
– Ability to meet dress and grooming standards consistent with professional appearance

– No visible tattoos or piercings

– Must be able to stand in for an 8 hour shift (not a sitting or patrolling post)
– Must pass criminal background check
– Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy helping people
– Ability to understand and follow instructions to successful conclusions
– Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual situations

Skills:
– Loss prevention: Knowledge of techniques and strategies to prevent theft or loss within a facility
– Conflict management: Skill in deescalating conflicts and resolving issues peacefully
– Law enforcement: Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures related to security operations
– Military experience: Previous military service or training in security-related fields is a plus

Note: Prior experience as a security officer or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
