Under the guidance of the Security Manager, the Security Supervisor will supervise the Club’s security operations and security staff on a shift basis. The role will be expected to protect the Club’s premises ensuring the safety and well-being of the Club, its staff, members and guests at all times. The role will be the first point of contact for issues relating to security, including resolving conflict, and dealing with difficult situations within the Club.
The Security Supervisor will deputise for the Security Manager in his absence, and will have health and safety responsibilities, as required by Senior Management.
The role will also be expected to alert, assist and work alongside the Duty Manager during emergency situations.
With the ability to motivate staff, communicate effectively and take control of a situation, the successful candidate must lead by example, and assist, promote and support the continuous development of the Club’s security measures.
The successful candidate must also be flexible and able to work shifts (Day: 7 am to 7 pm;
Night: 7 pm to 7 am), including weekends and bank holidays.
Previous experience in the security industry, a hospitality or military background and first aid qualification are also ideal
The successful Security Supervisor will receive the following benefits:
Contract hours: 45.75 hours per week, working an average of 4 days per week.
