Overview
Systematic Security Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving growth within the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and an ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Create promotional materials and campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company’s products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
• Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry (Security Services).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce software for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think strategically.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £50,000.00 per year
