High street security officer

SWL Security services are looking for additional security officers based in SOUTH or CENTRAL LONDON to join our High street support team to cover and support our Full time town centre based patrol / response team colleagues in several areas of central and south London.

With town centre warden / ranger teams in Croydon and Camden there are plenty of hours from part time holiday / sickness cover to full time hours throughout increased manning periods that see our teams needing extra presence on the high street.

This role is ideally suited to those looking for additional hours, for part time work or for those looking to gain some personal development and experience in this niche field of security.

Uniform / PPE and training is supplied by SWL – including Control & Restraint / handcuff training from an industry leading specialist with over 20 years experience.

SWL Security are an employee owned trust, being an EOT means the employees directly benefit from the business doing well financially in the way of yearly bonus payments.

This is a 0 hours PAYE contracted cover position, with the potential for fulltime contracts when positions become available.

Licence types required for role:

• SIA Licence Security Guarding
• SIA Licence Door Supervisor
• SIA Licence Close Protection

Other Requirement’s:

• Five Year checkable employment / education history for vetting purposes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous law enforcement experience is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £15.00 per hour
