The Role:

We are seeking professional and vigilant Security Officers to join our Event Security teams. This is not just any security position; it's an opportunity to be the face of security excellence in environments where first impressions and high standards matter most. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our prestigious venues and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a visible security presence that assures guests of their safety and security
• Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Conduct regular patrols and security checks to maintain a secure environment
• Respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies
• Collaborate with hotel staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless security operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing the guest experience
• Enforce venue policies and procedures to ensure guest safety

About You:

• Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Exceptionally well-presented with excellent communication skills
• Experience in security roles, preferably within events or luxury hotel settings
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
