SPLIT SHIFT – Mon – Fri (1 week on, 1 week off)

Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a professional and reliable Door Supervisor to join our team, this is a part-time position working every other week, on a split shift Monday to Friday. You must wear smart clothing

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday (Week on / Week off)
• Split Shift Hours:
• Morning: 06:00 – 10:00
• Evening: 17:00 – 21:00

This role offers regular hours and a predictable schedule, ideal for someone seeking stability with work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring access to the premises
• Providing a visible and professional security presence
• Responding calmly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies

Appearance & Dress Code:

Please note uniform is not provided. Door Supervisors are expected to attend each shift in smart attire, including:

• Shirt and tie (required)
• Black trousers and smart shoes

A professional appearance is essential as you’ll be representing the venue and setting the tone for visitors and staff alike.

Requirements:

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Essential)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and presentable
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Have a minimum of 1 years security experience
• Be able to provide a full working history covering 5 years or verify unemployment
• Have a DBS check
• Ideally have Fire Marshall, First Aid (any of these would be an advantage)
• Fluent/Well spoken English, approachable and confident.
