SIA Steward / Door Supervisor / Head Doorman / Close Protection Operatives – London Based

Job Overview
We are seeking professional stewards, door supervisors and close protection operatives to join our fast growing team. We specialise in the private event & VIP / Executive protection space and are looking for reliable candidates to join us on our tasks. These roles offer an engaging environment where attentiveness and a proactive approach are essential to uphold safety standards and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities – this list is not inclusive.

Stewards:

Managing the flow of traffic and parking in the events and venues

Guiding guests to designated parking areas

Enforcing parking rules

Assisting DS staff with venue setup and setdown including putting barriers, cones, directions in place.

Door Supervisors:

Welcoming guests on the door, ensuring they feel welcomed and safe

Guests screening and searching

Keeping an accurate guest number log using clickers and document accordingly

Helping to ensure the events run as smoothly as possible without disruption or delay by monitoring guest behavior

Dealing with any situations that may arrise within the venues

Assisting with egress, ensuring guests leave respectfully and without disruption

Close Protection Operatives (CPOs):

This is a very dynamic role – responsibilities will be shared prior to you accepting a job. Typically, these jobs will be working with UHNW clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience within your role

Able to effectively use a radio

Experience within the private event industry is preferred, but not required

Able to both speak and write English at an excellent level

Work excellently within a team, as well as independently and make decisions on your own

Have a valid SIA license in either Door Supervision or Close Protection depending on your role

Have valid ACT & First Aid certificates

This position provides an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment dedicated to safety and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate will be organised, alert, and committed to maintaining a secure atmosphere for all visitors and staff, and clients.

Rates range from £12.71 for stewards, £14 for Door Supervisors, £17 for Head Doormen, and day rates for CPOs.

Typically our tasks are based in and around the London area, however there may be a requirement to travel outside of london for jobs should you wish to accept.

Pay: £12.21-£17.00 per hour
