About The Role

As the Site Security Manager, you will assist the regions Senior Facilities Manager/Operations Security Lead to deliver and manage the site teams at Warehouse K Passport Office. Delivering excellent FM services. You will also assist the Senior Facilities Manager to deliver strategic, sustainable, integrated facilities services for your allocated building whilst driving excellent customer service.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role

To lead the team and deliver the required services within your remit and to ensure that a strategic, innovative, efficient, quality service is provided to all clients within the agreed budgetary guidelines.
To manage the time and attendance process, e.g. Timegate and provide management information as requested.
To provide a quality service delivery to all customers in accordance with company procedures through a highly motivated and appropriately trained team of operational support staff.
To provide consistently high levels of performance, meet and exceed contractual obligations and strategic objectives.

Professional Qualifications

SIA license (front line).
Membership to appropriate organisation(s) desirable.

Good experience of managing Client Relationships
Good Financial Awareness, with knowledge of profit and loss accounting
Experience of Continuous Improvement of Quality of Service in a similar working environment.
Proven experience of ensuring Operational efficiency.
