As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure all team members are providing appropriate levels of service, competently, as laid out in the Operating Procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with all identified legislation, i.e. H&S, SIA Licensing & Risk Assessments.
  • Ensuring that all KPI’s including search and patrol standards are exceeded.
  • Be the single point of contact and escalation for any security issues within the complex, between OCS and the Client.
  • Take responsibility for recruiting, inducting, coaching, motivating, developing and, where necessary, managing the performance and scheduling of your direct reports.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK.
  • An enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance will be completed for the successful candidate
  • SIA Licence
  • Strong people and customer service skills
  • Good diligence and high standard of work
  • Effective communication skills
