Area Support Officer – London

This role sits within our Security business division which provides physical security guarding, access control, alarm systems and perimeter property protection, CCTV, mobile surveillance, and ANPR Technology services to a wide range of prestigious clients.

Shift Pattern: Variable rolling rota.

About the Role:
As an Area Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive a consistent and high-quality security service. You will be part of a dynamic team, stepping in to cover shifts, support colleagues, and adapt to the varied needs of different sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide security services across multiple sites in London.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and the public.
• Perform regular patrols, monitor access control systems, and respond to incidents.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
• Complete site reports and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid SIA License (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding).
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Willingness to travel across London.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
