Job Description: As a member of the N5Security Security Response Team, you will be responsible for detecting, assessing, and responding to security incidents in a timely and effective manner. You will collaborate with internal teams and external authorities to address potential risks and maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, both physical and digital, promptly.
- Investigate security breaches, vulnerabilities, and suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular security checks and maintain situational awareness of the premises.
- Assist in crisis management during emergencies and coordinate with emergency responders.
- Document incidents and provide detailed reports and post-event analysis.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, security protocols, and local safety regulations.
- Liaise with law enforcement and other relevant agencies when necessary.
- Participate in continuous training and security drills to stay current on industry standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred).
- SIA and First Aid License (required)
- Previous experience in security response, law enforcement, or emergency management (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions in stressful situations.
- Experience with security systems (CCTV, alarm systems, access control) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of security protocols and safety procedures.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Capable of responding quickly to security breaches or emergencies.
- Ability to lift up to heavy objects if necessary.
