My Local Bobby LTD is looking for Full-Time Mobile Community Safety Officers to join our London teams. With 8–12-hour shifts on a varied shift pattern, this rewarding role offers the opportunity to engage directly with the public and support their safety every day.

What You’ll Do

As a Mobile Community Safety Officer, you will:

• Serve as a visible and approachable presence, building relationships within communities to reduce crime and anti-social behavior.
• Collaborate with residents, stakeholders, and local partners to identify and address safety concerns.
• Gather intelligence and support the public by listening, responding, and giving them a voice in their neighborhoods.
• Provide reassurance and tackle issues that matter most to local people, making them feel safer in their daily lives.
• Respond to incidents promptly, liaising with law enforcement and stakeholders as needed to ensure effective resolution.

About You

You’ll excel in this role if you are:

Requirements:

• Valid frontline SIA license.
• Full UK Driving License.
• First Aid Certification (preferred but not essential).
