Job Title: Gatehouse Security Officer (RST)

Location: High-End Residential Property, North West London

Hours: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

RST is seeking a professional and reliable Gatehouse Security Officer to oversee security at a large, high-end private property in North West London. The successful candidate will be based primarily inside the gatehouse, acting as the first point of contact while ensuring the safety and security of the premises throughout the night.

This role requires a confident individual with excellent communication skills, a strong presence, and prior experience conducting night patrols.

Requirements

• Valid SIA Licence (essential)
• Close Protection (CP) Licence – preferred but not essential
• Previous experience in night security patrols
• Excellent appearance and presentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, reliable, and professional at all times
• Ability to work independently during night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Manning the gatehouse and controlling access to the property
• Monitoring and recording all vehicle and visitor movements
• Conducting regular night patrols of the premises as required
• Maintaining a visible and professional security presence
• Responding calmly and effectively to any incidents or alarms
• Completing accurate logs and reports during shifts
• Ensuring all security procedures and site instructions are followed at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
