Loss Prevention Officer – 42 hours per week , 5 days out of 7

We have an opportunity for a full time Loss Prevention Officer to join our team, reporting direct to the Loss Prevention Manager.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who will assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff.

Being a visual deterrent means that you are also an ambassador for the store and will be interactive with both customers and staff providing friendly customer service where necessary.

This is a varied role and duties will include

· Patrolling the store and staff areas

· Monitoring the CCTV

· Conducting staff searches and till checks

· Liaising with the store team to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention and Health and Safety.

· Dealing with customer enquiries whilst you are on the Sales Floor.

What you need

· A calm and confident manner and approach to difficult situations.

· Good written and verbal communication skills .

· Be willing to be trained as a First Aider.
