Job Description

The shift will be working Mon-Fri 60 hours per week
The shift times will be 0700 – 1900
(note – there will be flexibility required to change these times if required)

In this role you will be looking after 3 resident buildings in Canning Town. You will also be looking after 6 full-time staff.

Your duties will include but not limited to:
To help support the 6 f/t staff and relief staff on site.
Manage excellent relationships with our client, supporting them in real time on site.
Must be computer literate, you will be communicating via email with client, staff and residents.
Monitoring and maintain site Assignment instructions, procedures and risk assessments.
Daily monitoring of patrol data, routes, and real-time changes pending on the site requirements.
Continuous review and improvement of the processes and security management of the site.
Maintain standard of performance, discipline, and welfare of the team.
Incident reporting and follow up actions.
Scheduling and rota management.
Maintain safe working environment for staff, residents, public and property.

Qualifications:
SIA Security license, Front line Security Guarding, Door Supervision
Proven work experience for managing a security team and site
Experience of delivering excellent Customer Service
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Some computer experience, ability to write clear daily written reports
Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
