Overview
We are seeking a professional and vigilant SIA Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access points to prevent unauthorised entry
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks
• Use CCTV systems to observe and record activity for surveillance purposes
• Enforce venue policies and procedures in a professional manner
• Assist in loss prevention by recognising suspicious behaviour and intervening appropriately
• Provide first aid when necessary, adhering to health and safety protocols
• Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Ensure the safety of all visitors and staff during events or operational hours

Skills

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence recognised in the UK
• Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict resolution
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
• First aid certification is highly desirable but not essential; training can be provided if needed
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage courteously with diverse individuals
• Organised, vigilant, and attentive to detail in all aspects of security duties
