Security Officer

We provide security at at prestigious venue in east London, hosting a wide range of events from concerts to sporting events. Responsibilities:

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Security Officers to join our team. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where excellent customer service and robust security measures are paramount. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe atmosphere for visitors & staff, duties include,

• Monitor and control access to the venue.
• Conduct regular patrols of the venue to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or hazards.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including medical incidents, evacuations, and fire alarms.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting visitors with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate reports of incidents and daily activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in security, preferably within the public sector or in high-traffic venues.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with the public.
• Excellent observational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor License is required.
• Flexible availability to work various shift times, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary: £13-£14ph

Shifts: 4 on 4 off including days, nights and weekends
