Door Supervisor

Horizons Casino in the heart of Leicester Square, a small, friendly casino require a team member to join our Reception Team. We are looking for a Door Supervisor SIA badge holder who will be the first point of call for our Guests.

Customer service is at the heart of what we do, therefore building and maintaining relationships with guests, is essential.

As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises and providing a warm welcome to our returning guests.

You will be tasked with checking and scanning IDs, checking bags and performing different Reception duties, so basic IT knowledge is required.

Acting as a liaison between the reception team and rest of the Casino, remaining calm under pressure, and handling crowd control by refusing entry to underage and/or intoxicated patrons in a firm yet professional manner is crucial.

Full training will be given, as compliance is an important part of the Receptionist/Door Supervisor role.

Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and hold a valid SIA Door Supervision licence badge.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in night entertainment industry is ESSENTIAL. CV’s submitted without this experience will not be considered.

We require applicants who are flexible as the shifts will cover days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

The contract will be full time and permanent, based on 40 hours per week (on a 4 on 3 off basis).
