Security Warden

We are looking for reliable and professional Security Wardens to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our staff, visitors, and premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible, observant, and confident in dealing with day-to-day security duties while remaining calm under pressure.

Duties

• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Carry out regular patrols of the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorised access.
• Respond quickly and professionally to incidents, alarms, or emergencies.
• Control access to the site by checking identification and authorisation where required.
• Keep accurate records of incidents, patrols, and daily activities.
• Assist staff and visitors with directions or information while following security procedures.
• Support health and safety procedures and provide basic first aid if needed.
• Help maintain a secure, safe, and professional environment at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in security or a similar role is preferred.
• Must be reliable, trustworthy, and professional.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and deal with situations confidently.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to patrol and stand for extended periods.
• First aid training is beneficial or willingness to undertake training.
