Spanish conversion officer

Responsibilities

Assist students with applications and enrolment

Conduct phone calls and follow-ups

Maintain accurate student records

Work with the team to improve student conversion rates

Meet performance targets

Requirements

Fluent Spanish speaker (mandatory), working closely with Spanish-speaking students

Good level of Italian and English

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Motivated, empathetic, and results-driven

Able to work independently and in a team
