Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. ( Male and Female) The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, staff, and visitors. You will play a crucial role in preventing and responding to incidents, ensuring the safety of all individuals on-site.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises, including entrances, exits, and restricted areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Maintain surveillance through CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities or breaches of security.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks and implementing preventative measures.
- Provide first aid assistance when required and ensure that all incidents are documented accurately.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Skills
- Proficient in first aid techniques and emergency response procedures.
- Experience with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies and practices.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
