Patrol Officer

Summary
We are looking for a reliable and attentive Patrol Officer to safeguard vacant corporate properties across Central London. The role involves carrying out routine patrols, responding to incidents, and ensuring all assigned premises remain secure. You will be part of a professional team dedicated to maintaining safety standards and preventing unauthorised access, requiring strong observational skills, sound judgement, and effective communication.

Duties
Carry out regular patrols of assigned buildings to stop trespassing and identify potential security concerns
Monitor alarm systems and respond quickly to activations or unusual activity
Complete accurate and timely reports detailing incidents, inspections, and any security breaches
Identify and report maintenance or safety issues, including signs of damage or attempted entry
Enforce site security procedures and ensure all access points are properly secured

Essentials
Full training will be provided
This includes onboarding lessons with our building map
Certification is desirable, or willingness to obtain
Strong written communication skills
Ability to remain composed and take initiative in challenging situations
Excellent awareness and observational ability
Physically capable of carrying out patrols and responding promptly to incidents
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a professional manner

Pay: £15.21-£18.85 per hour
