This is an exciting time to work in the Department for Business and Trade (DBT), a department at the heart of the UK’s relationship with the global economy. This role sits within the Security function. As a team we work to protect the Department’s people, assets, and information from those who wish to damage it. Our team is vibrant, hard-working, and collaborative. We pay particular attention to providing training and support to all colleagues so they can develop the skills and knowledge to enjoy and excel in their role. Building a diverse and collaborative team.
In this role, you will work within the Trade Negotiation Security Team (TNST). This team works to protect ongoing trade negotiations, providing clear advice following cross government policy to protect staff, assets, and information. Providing a trusted environment in which negotiation colleagues can confidently and successfully pursue the Department’s trade policy objectives.
