Doorman

We are looking for a Doorman to join our Guest Experience team @Broadwick Soho.

The on target earning potential for this role is £41,500 per annum based on a 40 hour contract – comprising a base salary of £32,305 per annum plus a qualified estimate of £9,195 in service charge*. Please note this is a projected tronc and OTE.

Why You?

As a Doorman you will act as the first point of contact for guests and setting the tone for their entire experience at Broadwick Soho. You will be responsible for welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, offering assistance with luggage, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure process.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What do we need from you?

• Experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
• Drivers licence essential.
• Ability to work 40 hours over 5 days per week including some evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport with people easily.
• A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
• A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
