The Role – Duty Security Manager
Atlas Security is the security arm of the Atlas FM Group, launched in 2021. This is an incredibly exciting time to join this young and dynamic organisation. What you’ll be doing:
Managing the day-to-day security operations.
Supervising a team including Logistics Manager, CCTV Supervisor, and Security Personnel.
Overseeing fire alarms, evacuations, and crisis management.
Conducting investigations, incident reporting, and operational audits.
Monitoring compliance with GDPR and other legal standards.
Leading training and development within the team.
Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Acting as an ambassador for both our clients and Atlas Security.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following experience, skills, and behaviours:
Leadership skills with a strong customer focus.
Confidence in decision-making and incident management.
Health and Safety awareness and compliance knowledge.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Valid SIA and CCTV licences (or willingness to undertake training).
First Aid certification (preferred but not essential).
