Apple’s Global Security team is looking for an Events – Corporate Security Partner to lead all aspects of security operations across event spaces and live events. You will work directly with business units, vendors, and facilities teams to provide security services. You will be responsible for safety of guests, performers and staff while maintaining full compliance with UK licensing and security regulations. When not managing on-site event security, you’ll support Apple’s global events security team.

Description
You will be a subject matter expert (SME) ensuring an event or site remains secure, assess security risks, develop internal controls for privacy, incident prevention or proprietary information theft and ensure that employees are safe.
In addition, the duties include but are not limited to:
Own all aspects of security operations for Apple’s live events, including risk assessment, operational planning, incident response, and compliance.
Develop and implement Security & Crowd Management Plans in compliance with premises licence conditions, the Private Security Industry Act 2001, and relevant British Standards (BS 8406, BS 9609, BS 7499).
Conduct audience and security assessments, to identify potential risk factors, incorporate findings into crowd management and security plans.
Conduct risk assessments covering security, crowd dynamics, emergency actions, terrorism threats, and safeguarding.
Deliver comprehensive pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs for security personnel and key stakeholders.
Ensure that all incident reports, statements, and evidence (CCTV, body-worn video, written logs) are recorded, stored, and shared in compliance with data protection legislation (UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018) and evidential continuity requirements.
Establish relationships with law enforcement, government agencies, EHS, facilities and outside vendors.
Maintain compliance with SIA (Security Industry Association) licensing requirements, including vetting, record-keeping, and deployment standards.
Ensure the venue security provider has procedures for recruitment, vetting, licensing, and training of security personnel that comply with the SIA ACS (Approved Contractor Scheme) requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999, and fire safety legislation.
Prepare operation orders, direct & manage security vendor support.
Support Apple’s global events security team in planning and executing security for corporate, cultural, red carpet, and sporting events.
Develop an in-depth understanding of Apple’s businesses and needs.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Qualifications
Extensive demonstrable experience managing security at high-profile events or venues
Substantial experience planning and operating crowd management and security at live music events
Established security network across venues, events, and security providers
Proven ability to produce compliant documentation (risk assessments, method statements, incident reports)
Strong working knowledge of crowd dynamics, ingress/egress planning, and emergency procedures
Demonstrable leadership in supervising large multi-agency teams under high-pressure conditions
SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection Licence
Qualification in Crowd Safety Management (or similar)
Demonstrable knowledge of:
Ability to travel 10 – 20% of the time
