SSRG is currently seeking an experienced, dynamic security professional with outstanding customer service and communication skills for the position of Account Manager.
The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that all SSRG clients within the Uniform Guarding portfolio in the Lower Mainland region of BC receive the services agreed to and stipulated in the contract. The successful candidate will establish and nurture an ongoing productive relationship with the clients’ representatives, ensuring that lines of communication are established, maintained, and continuously open.
The Account Manager will acquire an understanding of the clients’ business and operating processes in order to identify the contracted security requirements and, consequently, offer cost-effective solutions to those needs on an ongoing basis. The position also requires demonstrating accountability and leadership in working with internal guarding teams at the site level.
