Security Guards Needed ASAP – Parttime / Permanent (OWN VEHICLE IS AN ASSET)

We are currently looking for security professionals to work in the Ottawa & Surrounding Areas. (PART-TIME/CASUAL/ON-CALL)

Job duties of a special project security professional:
– Conduct Interior/Exterior Patrols – Indoors/Outdoors – Standing/Sitting: for long periods of time- Writing Daily Shift Reports – Client Shift Reports – Incident Reports- Responding to Emergency Situations- Conduct CCTV Monitoring / Fire Panel Monitoring- Front Desk Concierge – greeting guests, signing in visitors/contractors – administration work- Special Event – Enforcement/Customer Service, Private Parking Enforcement, City Parking Enforcement.

Secure Group Expectations:
– As a Security professional must have excellent communication skills/writing skills
– You must be courteous, polite, respectful and customer service oriented
– As a security professional you will be in full uniform at all times – White Shirt, Black Clip On-Tie, Black Pants, Black Safety Shoes, Name Tag and a blazer/coat/regular vest/bulletproof vest depending on clients needs. (ALL CLOTHING MUST BE IRONED CRISP- failure will result in being sent home)
– You will need to be well groomed at all times (no exceptions)
– As a security professional you will be on-site to work and make a difference, any individual noticed not doing so will be terminated immediately.
– Our sites are more hands on and we expect our team members to be up and moving
– Punctuality is the key, if a guard is late we expect to be notified, failure to do so will result in termination from Secure Group.
– Quarterly Evaluations are conducted – and any guard failing to keep they’re score more than 90% will be deemed unfit and removed from Secure Group.
-You will require to have a personal vehicle.

Experience:
– 2-3 years security experience is preferred, references will be checked.
– New Hires – Secure Group is focused on building a strong team, and because your new to the industry does not mean you cannot make yourself an elite, highly trained security professional. We encourage new hires, with a law enforcement education background to apply.

Salary:
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Willingness to travel:
