Responsibilities

• Control access points by verifying credentials and managing guest or attendee check-ins efficiently.
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills and first aid knowledge to de-escalate situations.
• Enforce event policies and security procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to ensure swift resolution of incidents.
• Conduct regular inspections of the venue’s security systems, including CCTV and loss prevention measures.
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately for accountability and review.

Requirements

• CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified.
• Strong surveillance skills with familiarity in CCTV operation and monitoring systems.
• Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during events.

Pay: $17.85-$22.00 per hour
