Vancouver’s top concierge service company is looking to fill two positions at some of Vancouver’s most prestigious residential buildings.
We are looking for hardworking, service-oriented and dedicated individuals to join our team. We offer competitive wages and benefits, specialized training, ongoing support and opportunities for advancement within our growing company.
Position Available:
1) Downtown Vancouver – Fri & Sat 2:00pm – 10:00pm (16 hours/week)
2) Downtown Vancouver – Mon to Fri 11:00am – 7:00pm (40 hours/week)
Duties Include:
– Provide front desk service to residents in a friendly and professional manner
– Maintain safety and security of building, including monitoring of security cameras
– Enforce bylaws and follow established protocols for non-compliance
– Conduct patrols of building common areas
– Diligent record keeping of all incidents in the building
– Emergency response procedures (e.g. fire, flood)
Essential Qualifications:
– Ability to use computers and software (e.g. camera surveillance, security systems, Microsoft Office programs)
– Organized and able to multi-task
– Good judgment
– Fluent in English and good communication skills
– Minimum one year concierge, customer service or front desk experience
Assets:
– Hospitality education
– Valid security license
Wage:
– Depending on experience
