Security Officer

Paradox Hotel Vancouver is seeking a Security Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate has:

• Basic Security Licence is required
• Class 5 Driver's License is an asset, but not required

Responsibilities:

· Monitor CCTV for proactive actions and response.

· Prevent losses and damages to property and persons

· Create detailed Incident Reports

· Conduct Audits as issued

· Abide by Company Policy and Procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Provide excellent customer service

· Assisting residents and visitors with their inquiries

· Monitor the traffic volume in the residential/hotel loading dock

· Track and log keys

· Provide concierge service to Paradox and associated outlets

· Co-ordinate with other departments to provide residents and guests with service

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Evening shifts
• Night shifts
• Overtime Availability
• Monday to Sunday, Holidays availability.

Job Types: Full-time, On-Call

Wage:$21.00-$26 per hour

• First Aid Certification (Required)

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
