We’re a busy, high-energy bar known for great drinks, great people, and a safe, welcoming atmosphere. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and professional Security Team Member to join us in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.

The Role:
Our Security staff are more than just a presence– they are key members of the hospitality team. You’ll ensure the safety of guests and staff, uphold house policies, de-escalate situations, and represent the bar with professionalism and approachability.

Responsibilities:
INSIDE crowd management. Monitor crowd levels and guest behaviour throughout the venue

Handle conflict resolution and de-escalation with a calm, respectful approach

Support staff in enforcing house policies and liquor laws

Ensure safe evacuation and emergency procedures if necessary

Complete incident reports when required

Qualifications:
Previous security, nightlife, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills

Serving It Right (or equivalent) certification required

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Physically able to stand for long periods and assist in safety situations

A team-oriented mindset with a hospitality-first approach
