Security Guard

OVERVIEW

We are well-established local, holistic security company with many well-know clients. We require hard-working and responsible individuals to work as a Security Guard for a West Vancouver residential area.

Shifts are from 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am.

Must have a vehicle to come and go from location.

Basic Security License required.

REQUIREMENTS and Must Have:

· Valid BC Security License

· Valid BC Drivers License + Vehicle

· Strong communication and observation skills

· Ability to maintain self-control

· Ability to make quick decisions during emergency situations

· Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours

· Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 38 per week

Flexible language requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• West Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
• Security Guard Licence (required)
