Event Security Guard For FIFA – Level lll (High-Risk Security Guard)

Job Summary:
Syncro Security is seeking reliable, professional, and highly experienced Level III Event Security Guards to support FIFA event operations. Guards will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for attendees, staff, players, VIP personnel, and venue staff while ensuring a professional and secure experience during high-profile events. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, situational awareness, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain security presence at assigned event locations
• Control access points and verify authorized entry
• Assist with crowd management and maintain orderly flow of guests
• Observe and respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances and escalate as required
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with directions and general inquiries
• Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, or incidents to supervisors
• Follow all site procedures, emergency protocols, and event policies
• Work closely with supervisors, law enforcement, emergency services, and event staff as needed
• Maintain a strong professional presence in high-profile and high-traffic environments

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification
• Valid Use of Force certification
• WHMIS certification
• Should be able to commute to Downtown Toronto
• Strong communication skills with good English communication abilities
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Updated and properly formatted resume
• Background in military, police, or related security field preferred
• Experience working in nightclubs may be considered
• Prior security experience is considered an asset
• Minimum height of 6’0" and approximately 200+ lbs based on site requirements
• G2 or G Driver’s License with access to own vehicle preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong observation and conflict-resolution skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and event schedules

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
