Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Security Guard Group Limited. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in need, ensuring their safety and well-being while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with varying needs.
• Monitor conditions and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.
• Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including those with developmental disabilities.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
• Document observations and interactions accurately as per HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or social work is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care.
• Ability to monitor and assess patient needs effectively.
• Familiarity with dementia care and hospice care practices is beneficial.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy is a plus.

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Every weekend
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
