Qualifications

· Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)

· Open availability for varied shift schedules

· Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

· Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations

· Able to work both independently and as part of a team

· Previous security experience or a diploma in a law-enforcement related field is an asset
