Security Guard

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, with a focus on loss prevention and surveillance. The Security Guard will monitor premises through CCTV, conduct regular patrols, and respond to incidents as necessary.

Duties
– Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
– Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
– Utilize CCTV systems to monitor activities in designated areas and report any suspicious behavior or incidents.
– Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
– Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
– Provide excellent customer service while enforcing security protocols.
– Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed to ensure safety compliance.

Experience
– Previous experience in loss prevention or security roles is preferred.
– Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is advantageous.
– Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus but not required.
– Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
– Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and the public.
