Field Security Supervisor (Mobile)

Pennine Security Solutions is a leading security provider specializing in Residential / Condominium security. We are seeking an experienced, team-oriented and customer service driven Field Security Supervisor (Mobile Division) to provide continuity of management services for day and overnight shifts as scheduled bi-weekly.

Job Description:

Site: Residential Condominiums in and around The GTA.

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Compensation rate: $20.00 per hour

**For insurance purposes, applicants must be at least 25 years old and MUST possess a valid G Class Driver’s License**

If you have the following:

· A Valid Security Guard License

· A valid, clean G class Driver’s License

· A Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR

· Ability to safely operate and maintain a Pennine Security Solutions Patrol Vehicle

· Ability to work effectively and handle multiple situations simultaneously

· Ability to walk, run, stand for long periods, climbing stairs and lifting objects (30 to 45 Lbs)

· Proficiency in conflict resolution and Ability to de-escalate situations effectively

· Exceptional report writing and communication skills

· Ability to conduct inspections of staff (Quality Control), which include, but not limited to uniforms, hygiene, reports, patrols, customer service etc.

· Ability to administer coaching or disciplinary actions that have been initiated by office management

· Excellent knowledge of security procedures & protocols

· Keen surveillance/observational skills

· Keep calm in an emergency

· Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment

· Good computer skills

· Able to work in all weather conditions
